TRANSFER PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS

SUBLIMATION TRANSFERS

Fabrics:

Suitable for White or Light color polyester of at least 65% Polyester Fabric.

Press with a heat press for 385 degrees fahrenheit for 55 seconds

Other Substrates:

Can also be used on other Polycoded substrates such as tumblers or mugs. however, time and temp will vary. Use the settings that come with your press.

SCREENPRINT TRANSFERS (Single Color & Full Color (Clear film))

Pre-Press the Fabric

Temp: 325 Degrees Fahrenheit

Time: 12 Seconds

Use Heavy Pressure

Peel: Hot

NOTE: DO NOT USE TEFLON, PILLOWS OR COVERS ON YOUR HEATPRESS

 PATCHES

Temperature: 375 Degrees Fahrenheit. Pre-press your fabric first. Cover patch with butcher or parchment paper. Time: press for 15 - 20 seconds.  Pressure: High Pressure.  After first press turn fabric inside out and press the patch again for 15 seconds.

RHINESTONE TRANSFERS

Temp: 356 degrees farenheit. Pre-Press the fabric. Use medium pressure. Time: Press transfer for 15-20 seconds. Let transfer cool down completley then pull off the carrier sheet. 

 DTF TRANSFERS

Step 1

Pre-Press the Fabric

Temp: 300 Degrees Fahrenheit for Cotton, 285 Degrees for Polyester

Time: Press for 10 Seconds for Cotton, 8 Seconds for Polyester

Pressure: Max Pressure

Peel: Hot Peel

Step 2

Cover with parchment paper or Teflon (not included) and press for an additional

5 seconds

NOTE: IF YOU SEE SMALL SPOTS ON YOUR DTF TRANSFER DON’T WORRY, THIS MAY OCCUR DURING SHIPPING. AFTER THE FIRST PRESS WIPE THE SPOTS WITH A DAMP CLOTH AND REPRESS FOR 5 SECONDS.
